Sustainable Investment Strategist
Alexandra Melhuish, Vice President, is a Strategist on the Sustainable Investment Team, and responsible for implementing the firm's sustainable investment strategy, solutions and product innovation in EMEA. In partnership with our distribution and product teams, she leverages our extensive data and research capabilities, proprietary technology and ESG expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to our clients. Prior to joining the firm in December 2021, she spent 9 years at Wellington Management, most recently based in Hong Kong as a Product Specialist supporting a range of Emerging Markets equity investment teams. Previously she was based in London where she held roles as a Product Specialist supporting equity and multi-asset investment teams and as a Relationship Analyst covering Consultant Relations. Alexandra obtained a BA in Modern Languages (Italian and Spanish) from the University of Bristol.

Bryon Lake, managing director, s Managing Director, Global Head of ETF Solutions for JP Morgan. Prior to leading the Global ETF business, Bryon held roles leading JP Morgan’s Americas and International ETF businesses. Mr. Lake is based in New York City.

Bryon is one of the industry’s most respected and accomplished ETF executives. As one of PowerShares earliest employees, he held various leadership positions with the firm as it advanced from an independent start-up to becoming the fourth-largest ETF provider globally with more than $100 billion in assets under management as part of Invesco. He was Head of Invesco PowerShares EMEA, where he led the firm’s efforts to expand its EMEA team, evolve its portfolio set and maximize growth opportunities. During his 12-year tenure with the firm he also served as Head of Global Business Development and was one of the company’s top sales people.

Mr. Lake Graduated from Taylor University with a Major in International Business and Minors in Finance and Economics.

David, is responsible for business development activities and has spent the last decade working at financial market infrastructure companies. Prior to his current role, he worked at the London Stock Exchange Group most recently as a senior product manager focusing on trading system enhancements, market structure topics, authored trading insights pieces and led regulatory engagement for secondary market topics.

Ivan Durdevic, executive director, is Head of ETF Distribution in Switzerland at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in Zurich. In this role, Ivan is responsible for launching and leading J.P. Morgan Asset Management's ETF business in Switzerland. Previously, Ivan worked at Amundi for over 7 years; first as Senior Client Relationship Manager for ETF & Indexing in Germany, and more recently as Deputy Head of ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta Sales Switzerland. He spent his early career at INVESCO Germany, BlackRock Germany, as a Senior Business Development Associate for the iShares product, and at NOMURA Bank Germany, as Equity & Equity Linked Products Sales.

Jacob Hegge, vice president, is a member of the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in London, Jacob is an investment specialist and is responsible for global aggregate and government bond strategies. He is responsible for communicating investment strategy, decisions and performance across various fixed income products to clients, consultants, prospects and internal partners. An employee since 2015, he previously supported the U.S. Broad Markets team in Columbus, OH. Jacob holds a B.A. in economics, Chinese, and Spanish from Kenyon College and is a CFA charterholder.

Portfolio Manager, International Equity Group
Piera Elisa Grassi, managing director, is a portfolio manager within the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Equity Group, based in London. She is the lead of the Research Enhanced Index Portfolio Management Team. An employee since 2004, Piera Elisa was previously a quantitative analyst and portfolio manager for global strategies. Prior to joining, Piera Elisa was a bond quantitative analyst and risk analyst at Foreign and Colonial Asset Management. Before this, she worked for BARRA in London, focusing on equity risk management and portfolio construction. She is also a trustee for the Parallel Learning Trust, which specialises in Special and Alternative Provision academies. Piera Elisa obtained a MA (equivalent) in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
Slawomir Rzeszotko Slawomir Rzeszotko
Head of Institutional Sales & Trading in Europe and Asia
Slawomir helps oversee institutional relationships and sales initiatives for ETFs, fixed income, and electronic equities. Prior to Jane Street, he held a number of roles at global asset management firms: he was Head of ETF Capital Markets and Head of the Investment Product Specialist Group at Vanguard Asset Management, and he has also worked in various ETF-related roles at BGI and Blackrock.

Head of EMEA ETF Distribution
Travis Spence, managing director, is Head of EMEA ETF Distribution at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and is also a member of EMEA Sales Leadership. Prior to his current role, Travis was the International Head of the Fixed Income Investment Specialist team, responsible for insights, product development and fixed income portfolios across EMEA and Asia. Travis has lived in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and London, and worked across the Asia region for 20 years. In his more than 18 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Spence built and led JPMAM's short term fixed income business in Asia, oversaw its largest distribution relationships in Asia, served on a variety of regional and global management committees and has been involved in the firm's sustainability efforts since 2016. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Travis spent 10 years in the Corporate & Investment Bank at Citi.
